• Why aren't workouts showing in Apple Health? — Go to iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → WorkJournal and ensure all permissions are enabled.
• How do I export my data? — Open the app → Settings tab → "Export Workout Data." This creates a JSON file you can share or save.
• How do I delete all my data? — Open the app → Settings tab → "Delete All Data." This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
